With India\u2019s private space ecosystem gaining momentum under the guidance of the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the country\u2019s space ambitions continue to reach new heights. IN-SPACe is an autonomous nodal agency under the Department of Space, Government of India, tasked with promoting, enabling, authorising and supervising non-government entities (NGEs) undertaking space activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Celebrating the spirit of scientific curiosity and exploration, Sony Pictures Releasing International hosted a special screening of the highly anticipated Project Hail Mary for members of IN-SPACe and ISRO ISTRAC\u2014marking the first time ever that a Hollywood film screening has been organized exclusively for dignitaries from these esteemed institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adding a memorable touch to the evening, the film\u2019s lead actor Ryan Gosling made a special video call-out to the scientists in attendance, saying:
